Careerlister allows you to upload a zip of resumes and/or multiple resume files into your account.  

The files uploaded or inside a Zipped folder must have a file extension of either HTML, TXT, DOCX, DOC or PDF.

All files must not be password protected, be the correct format and not be or corrupted.

A limit of 20 files in either the files or inside a zip folder or combined is allowed per request.


To upload resumes

  1. Click on Applicants in the Top Navigation
  2. Click on Upload in the Secondary Navigation
  3. Click the Files "Choose Files" input.
    1. Navigate to files on your computer
    2. select one or more files
  4. Optionally change the Job Opening the resumes are for
  5. Optionally check if the resumes have been "Pull From Job Site"
  6. Click Submit
  7. A list of Successful, Warning and Failed parsed resumes will show in the list below.


Upload Statuses

  • Success - the resume was parsed correctly and uploaded without issue
  • Warning - the resume was parsed correctly and uploaded but there wasn't enough data to run a duplicate check
  • Failed - the resume was not parsed for any number of reasons including : Bad file type, the file was not the correct format, the file did not contain any information, the file was too large to process, the file was corrupted, the file was password protected.


Duplicate Status

  • New - no duplicates were found in the current or cross company connected account
  • Duplicate - a duplicate was found in the current or cross company connected account


Cross Company Status

  • Check mark -   - The duplicate was found in a cross company account
