Applicants section provides all the tools you need to manage the applicants entries that are in the various boxes.  The Inbox box contains new and duplicate applicant entries that are not currently qualified and not scheduled and in an active status.  The Unschedule box contains applicant entries that are qualified but not yet scheduled and in an active status.   The Scheduled box contains schedule applicants that are in an active status.  The Held box contains applicant entries that are in the Held status.  The Rejected box contains applicant entries that are in the Rejected status.  The Hired box contains applicant entries that have been marked as hired.   You can create your own box to move applicants that are in another box to manage the applicant your own way.
