Applicants > Manage > Inbox

Select Inbox under Manage Boxes (left hand side). These settings are changeable on the fly and will take effect immediately for all users per account.   These settings can change as often as you'd like and will not effect past, present or future parsing of resumes (it is like a search that you can save).  These settings only allow duplicates in the inbox that meet the options criteria.  All duplicates still will show up in Duplicates no matter what.  This feature works with the cross company feature.

Options:  - Each option is considered a filter and they all work together.

Previous Status:

Active: Candidates who’ve applied/been pulled in the past are still Active

Held: Candidates who have been held previously in Careerlister.

Rejected: Candidates who have been rejected in Careerlister.

Any: To ensure all come regardless of applicant status.

Change this status if you want to see only applicants from Any, Active, Held or Rejected status prior.  Any allows all duplicates of any status to show.  Active will show only duplicates where there previous state of the original is still Active.  Same for Held, Rejected

Was Qualified in the Past:

True: ONLY qualified previously

False: Not qualified previously

Both: Includes both qualified and not qualified applicants previously.

Options: Both, True, False.  This option looks if the applicant's original entry was marked as qualified. Both (ignores the option) allows all qualified or non-qualified applicants that were marked as such in the original entry.  If an applicant applied the first time and was marked as qualified and this option is set to False then this applicant will not show.  If the option is set to either Both or True then this applicant's duplicate entry will show.

Days since last applied:

Enter number of days the applicant could have applied. (0 for all duplicates and 731 greater days if you do not want any duplicates.)

Set the number of days since an applicant last applied.  If set to 30 days only applicants who applied last longer than 30 days will show.  Set to 730 days if you want ZERO duplicates showing up in the inbox.

Has Been Scheduled Before:

True: True if only has been scheduled before

False: False if never scheduled before.

Both: Choose Both for scheduled and unscheduled

Options: Both, True, False.   This option looks if the original applicant entry was scheduled for an interview - no matter the outcome of the interview (completed, no show, canceled etc).  If you would like to exclude all duplicates from the inbox that have had an interview prior set this option to False.

When complete: Click Save.

NOTE:  These changes will take place immediately.   These changes for the Inbox will be the same for all users on the Careerlister Account.

The Inbox Management tool is available here => Applicants > Manage > Inbox.
