Admin > Email > Templates


Add new email: click +Template


Edit previous email template: Click EDIT of email you’d like to change.


Title: Title of email user will see. (example: 1st interview confirmation) 


Subject: Email subject applicant will see in inbox. (example: Interview Opportunity)


Email Body: Information to candidate.


Select Save.


**To insert automated email templates regarding applicant entry, copy and paste pre-set templates on right side of Careerlister into the Email Body. 

To insert automated email templates regarding applicant’s interview, copy and paste pre-set templates on right side of Careerlister into Email Body.

When finished editing, select submit at bottom of page.**
